User Data Deletion
This page explains how users can request deletion of personal data associated with social login providers, including Facebook Login, Google Login and future authentication providers used by ArkGenesys.
How to request deletion
To request deletion of your data, send an email to:

Data that may be deleted
- Name and surname provided by the login provider.
- Email address associated with authentication.
- Profile image, when provided by the login provider.
- Login provider and last access records.
- Technical access information used for security and audit purposes, when applicable.
Processing time
ArkGenesys will review the request and delete applicable data within a reasonable period, subject to legal, contractual, anti-fraud and security obligations.
Important note
Deleting data from ArkGenesys does not automatically delete data held by external providers such as Meta/Facebook, Google or Apple. To delete data from those providers, use the privacy settings of each platform.
