Early access · Design partnersEnterprise assistance, permissioned action

An assistant that moves work out of the queue without taking you out of control.

ArkGenesys Assistant is designed enterprise-first: it organises requests, prepares analysis, spreadsheets, charts and presentations, and supports project delivery. For personal use, it can assist with research, scheduling and organisation. Email, calendar and system connections are configured per pilot and policy.

Sending, applying, changing data and other sensitive external actions require human approval by default. Continuous execution is subject to defined availability, limits, maintenance and monitoring.

1

accountable owner

Every workflow retains an accountable person or function.

5

permission states

Observe, draft, approve, act and verify.

8

pilot metrics

Time, quality, intervention, cost and risk.

2

usage contexts

Enterprise first; personal in a separate scope.

Enterprise capabilities first

Work that consumes the day becomes an observable, governed flow.

This is the design-partner programme’s functional scope, not a list of active integrations. Every connection depends on runtime, identity, permissions, data policy and tests in the authorised environment.

OPS

Run administrative routines

Supports triage, follow-up and preparation of recurring activities that consume analyst and manager time.

  • Authorised email triage and summaries
  • Calendar, agendas, minutes and meeting actions
  • Recurring reports and follow-ups in draft
DAT

Prepare analysis and materials

Organises approved sources and produces artefacts for review by people who know the business context.

  • Spreadsheets, formulae and validations
  • Charts and executive summaries
  • Presentations with traceable sources and assumptions
PRJ

Support project delivery

Consolidates status, dependencies, risks and next steps without replacing team decisions or ownership.

  • Read authorised documents and workspaces
  • Proposed status and risk updates
  • Alerts, open items and delivery evidence
ACT

Execute bounded actions

Uses approved tools only within allowed scope, with idempotency, logs and exception handling.

  • Allowlisted actions and destinations
  • Human approval for sensitive effects
  • Post-action verification and safe escalation
GTM

Research opportunities

Structures research into customers, partners and roles and prepares next steps without improper outreach.

  • Research and qualification against criteria
  • Reviewable lead and partner lists
  • CVs, applications and messages only after approval
YOU

Support personal routines

Keeps personal tasks separate from enterprise context and respects each account’s permissions.

  • Research, scheduling and reminders
  • Summaries of authorised content
  • Drafting and day-to-day organisation
Product transparency

What the current foundation supports, what a pilot integrates and what remains on the roadmap.

Early access proves the workflow in the real environment before a technical possibility becomes a commercial claim.

Available in the current foundation

Governed WhatsApp, leads, internal agenda and context

The ArkGenesys foundation already supports inbound qualification and human handoff, internal agenda/CRM work, and restricted context, history, permissions and evidence.

Pilot integration scope

Email, calendar, documents, spreadsheets and systems

Connectors, identity, permissions, policy, runtime and actions are assessed and implemented for each authorised environment.

Roadmap validated through pilots

Voice, continuous queues and enterprise packaging

Voice commands, monitored continuous operation, skill catalogues, SaaS and controlled deployment evolve with evidence and gates.

No mailbox, calendar, account, system or external action is assumed to be connected. Access and autonomy are explicitly granted.

Adaptable architecture

Managed service or a customer-controlled environment.

Both are solution patterns assessed during discovery. Availability, isolation, support, data and responsibilities depend on technical and contractual scope.

01

Governed SaaS

Managed operation with identity, isolation, observability and data policy defined for the pilot.

02

Customer-controlled / on-premises

Execution in customer-controlled infrastructure and networks, with a specific access, update and support design.

MODELS

ArkGenesys orchestration, policy-approved models

The context, permission and orchestration layer is ArkGenesys. Providers or private models can be considered only after technical, legal, security and data validation.

Private deployment does not create compliance automatically; purpose, minimisation, contracts, retention, access and operations still matter.

Value that can be tested

Four hours becomes a measurable hypothesis, not a magic number.

The example uses a weekly operations pack: gather sources, update a spreadsheet, prepare charts and assemble a briefing. It is not an ArkGenesys Assistant result or guarantee.

Illustrative scenario · weekly packBaseline and repeatable scopeCalculated cycle

4 × 100 min

How the 140-minute cycle is formed

new cycle = 20 min assisted execution + 90 min human analysis + 30 min review/approval = 140 minnet value = returned capacity × loaded hourly cost − platform, models, integration, infrastructure, review and rework

In this scenario: 240 − 140 = 100 minutes, or approximately 42%; four cycles would return 400 minutes (6h40). Every duration is a demonstrative assumption to validate in a pilot. Potential capacity is not cash savings, a performance guarantee or headcount reduction.

Security, privacy and governance

The boundary between preparing and acting must be explicit.

Each implementation receives controls proportional to task risk, data type, channel and external effect.

01

Least privilege

Accounts, tokens, sources and actions are limited to the need, with defined revocation and rotation.

02

Approval by default

Emails, applications, messages, data changes and other sensitive actions wait for human decision.

03

Separated data and contexts

Enterprise and personal work do not share sources, memory or credentials without an explicit policy.

04

Safe actions

Idempotency, rate limits, allowlists, destination validation and rollback reduce duplicate or improper effects.

05

Auditability and observability

Request, decision, tool, outcome, cost and exception remain traceable under the policy.

06

Escalation

Ambiguity, failure, conflict or risk stops the flow and routes the task to a person.

Controls support the data-protection programme applicable to each engagement: Brazil’s LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018); the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) across the European Union, including Ireland; and Ireland’s Data Protection Act 2018, which supplements the GDPR on national matters. Other jurisdictions require assessment of their applicable local law. Compliance depends on purpose, data, configuration, contracts and responsibilities; it is not automatic certification.

Design partner programme

Start with one frequent, measurable and reversible routine.

A pilot separates repeatable work from human judgement, records the baseline and expands autonomy only when quality and control hold.

  1. 01

    Select the routine

One frequent enterprise workflow with clearly defined sources and outcomes.

  2. 02

    Record the baseline

Time, volume, quality, rework, cost, data and decision points.

  3. 03

    Connect with minimum access

One tool at a time, a test environment and external actions initially held as drafts.

  4. 04

    Compare and decide

Outcomes, intervention, failures and total cost guide expansion, adjustment or shutdown.

Buying questions

What must be clear before connecting a workflow.

Capability, limits, identity, data and accountability are defined before access is granted.

Does ArkGenesys Assistant work autonomously?

It can execute authorised steps inside defined policies and limits. Sensitive external effects require human approval by default; exceptions stop and escalate.

Does it operate 24 hours a day?

The architecture can run queues continuously, but actual availability depends on the contracted design, maintenance, provider limits, monitoring and incident response. We do not promise uninterrupted operation.

Can it read and send email or schedule meetings?

Those capabilities are integration scope. They require an authorised account, minimum access, a data policy, tests and clear rules for drafting versus human approval.

Can it edit spreadsheets and produce charts and presentations?

A pilot can integrate those tools for bounded tasks. Formulae, data and conclusions require validation criteria and review by someone who knows the business.

Can it find leads, partners or roles and submit applications?

It can support research and preparation. Messages, job applications, registrations and personal-data use must respect consent, platform policy and defined approval; indiscriminate outreach is not offered.

Does the product guarantee LGPD or GDPR compliance?

No. It can incorporate controls that support LGPD, GDPR and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018. Compliance depends on purpose, data, configuration, contracts and each party’s operations.
